Our retreats are just the right blend of workouts, healthy meals, exploring the outdoors and pampering. Each day is comprised of approximately 5 hours of fitness which includes workouts as well as outdoor adventures such as biking, kayaking and more. You get to explore the city our retreats are hosted in while getting a great workout. Meals include getting a taste of the local cuisine along with meals in our host resort restaurants.
We are not a "schedule of classes" but more a fitness adventure. Our trainer will be with you throughout the day versus a class model where it's just an hour with a trainer. This structure gives us the opportunity for our training team to really know each guest personally, know what their goals are and what it will take to help them meet their fitness and nutrition goals.
Training begins at 7:30 am each day and ends at 3:30. Within these hours guests will have fitness training, meals, and a fitness activity with time at the end of the day for relaxation. Each days trainings and activities are different to give our guests a diverse array of experiences. Mixed into the days of our our retreat are many of the the training and activities listed below:

After the day ends at 3:30 there is time for relaxation and exploring things to do in the area.
Free beach rides are available throughout the area.
