Kellie’s passion for health and fitness led her to become an ACSM certified personal trainer and an AFAA group fitness instructor. Having been in the fitness industry for nearly 8 years, Kelly specializes in Fitness Boot Camps and Strength Training for women. Kellie has been featured on Tampa Bay’s Channel 10 in a weekly segment called the “FITNESS MINUTE” and has appeared on Home Shopping Network as a Fitness Expert / Guest Host.

Kellie’s goal is to reach and influence as many people as possible when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle: Or simply put – to get them to MOVE THEIR BODIES! She also believes many people who are already exercising are not getting the most out of the current fitness routine. She will teach you to exercise smarter not harder. Kellie has helped many people achieve their fitness goals. Kellie’s philosophy is “You only have one body to get you through your lifetime. Make taking care of it a priority!”

Gemma Hughes , Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer

Gemma has been a fitness professional since 1998. Her experience and passion for the industry are evident in her training methods and communication skills. As a fitness professional Gemma’s goal is not only to help clients achieve their fitness results but to do so while improving confidence, self-esteem, and positive outlook on life. If any one can do that, it’s Gemma. Her boundless energy and love of life are truly contagious. A critical attention to form and detail combined with pure fun are guaranteed to get results.

Gemma’s qualifications include Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba, Post Rehabilitation Training, Special Populations training, Indoor Cycling, Cardio Kickboxing, Senior Fitness, Step, Weight Lifting for Weight Loss and Functional fitness.

Jared Murad , Certified Personal Trainer

As a master lever trainer Jared has been in sports and physical activity since the age of five, and has been training since the age of 14.  With over 11 years in the fitness and health industry Jared has received certifications in: integrated approach to human movement science, integrated kinetic chain assessment, understanding kinetic chain dysfunction, neuromuscular stretching, endurance training specialist, and sports nutrition specialist. 

Jared believes in a healthy mind, body, and spirit.  The body was created to be active, and exercise is the key to a healthy life it not only feels good but reduces the risk of lifestyle related diseases.  As one sees changes for the better in a physical way, mental and emotional improvements with naturally follow.  Jared strives to be a life coach for his clients, while encouraging and challenging them to feel stronger and more confident with each session.  Every client will progress given the properly designed program with repetition, consistency and frequency success will follow. 

Stephanie Averkamp, Certified Personal Trainer

Stephanie holds a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion/Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as well as multiple fitness certifications including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and ACE Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant. Stephanie has instructed hundreds of fitness classes including circuits, spinning, water workouts, core conditioning, , strength training, and boot camps. She has led classes at a premier weight loss spa recognized as one of the top destination spas in the world as well as at other nationally recognized fitness camps.  Stephanie’s expertise allows her to modify exercises and intensity to accommodate all levels of fitness.

  

Stephanie is known for her realistic approach to fitness. She understands that each individual has a variety of responsibilities, time challenges, and other obstacles to overcome. She is committed to helping other achieve their fitness goals by educating, motivating, and empowering them to incorporate activity into their lifestyle, one step at a time (literally).

John Douza, Certified Personal Trainer

John is a Fitness Personal Trainer under the NSPA (National Strength Professionals Association) certification. John has been training and teaching Martial Arts for 24 years now, with 12 years under JING-SHEN Martial Science

and over 10 years as a fitness personal training specialist. He specializes in: functional fitness and weight-loss training, plyometric training, balance and agility conditioning, and martial science instruction. 

John has also He also worked directly with the SAY San Diego Foundation for Kids, Centers for abused women facilities, After-school programs, San Diego Police Department, Security companies and Corporate Wellness programs.
