Men's Fitness Boot Camp Vacations are a unique fitness boot camp getaway that is all about challenging yourself and pushing yourself to be a MORE FIT, STRONG, LEANER, HEALTHIER YOU! 

Our 6 night and 4 night fitness boot camp vacations run with flexible dates dates at various luxury resort hotels in and outside of the U.S.

Meals for the program are eaten in the restaurants at each resort but feature a special GETAWAY FITNESS MENU comprised of healthy gourmet selections.  Guests get to choose from a variety of healthy and delicious low glycemic meals on the Getaway Fitness menu. 

Meals are prepared at the time of ordering and are made with the freshest natural ingredients. We can also accommodate allergies but must be notified in advance.  Meals are often eaten as a group so that we can help provide you with the tools to handle your own day-to-day decisions relative to dining.

  • Running shoes with treaded soles
  • Swimwear
  • iPod with your favorite music
  • Socks (look for 'wick' hiking socks that take the moisture out)
  • Workout clothes and warm-up suit layered

WHAT IS A TYPICAL BOOT CAMP DAY?

Our days begin with a beach boot camp. We provide 5-6 hours of structured, intensive fitness activities per day.  Each day varies in activities.  Once the day ends guests are free for beach time, spa services or down time.

8:30 AM Beach Cardio
9:00 AM Breakfast
10:15 AM Biking
11:30 AM Swimming
12:30 PM Break / Snack
1:00 PM Strength Training
2:00 PM Lunch
3:00 PM Gut Buster Core Conditioning
4:00 PM Spa Services and/or Leisure Time
7:00 PM Dinner

Our staff of nationally certified trainers will encourage and motivate you during your fitness boot camp adventure and will provide you with a customized workout program that you can use after leaving the program.
